Beta Programme
Thank you for being one of Asguard's first users. This page explains what the beta programme is, what we are asking of you, and how to share your feedback.
Why you have been invited
You have been invited because we trust your judgement. We are not running a wide public launch — we are starting with a small group of people who we believe will use the product honestly and tell us frankly when something is not right.
Your feedback will directly shape what Asguard becomes. That is not a polite thing to say — it is genuinely how we work.
What "beta" means
Beta means the product works, but it is not yet polished. You may encounter:
- Occasional awkward or slightly off-tone messages from the companion
- A feature that does not quite do what you expected
- Something missing that you think should be there
None of this is intentional, and we want to hear about all of it. The point of beta is to find these things before we open to everyone.
What we ask of you
- Use it for real. Asguard works best as a genuine daily companion, not something tested once and put aside. Give it at least two or three weeks with your loved one.
- Tell us when something feels wrong. A message that was too blunt, a reminder that fired at the wrong time, a feature that confused you — we want to know.
- Tell us what is missing. If you find yourself wishing Asguard could do something it cannot, tell us. That is exactly the kind of signal we need.
- Tell us what works. Positive feedback matters too. If something made a real difference, we want to know what it was.

There is no form to fill in, no survey, no process. Just send an email describing what you experienced. Include a rough date and time if you can — it helps us trace what happened in the system.
We read every email and reply to all of them.
What is not in the product yet
Asguard has a roadmap of features we are building. These are not in the beta:
- Voice messages — coming in a future native app
- WhatsApp — the architecture supports it, but Telegram is first
- Native mobile app — planned; the current interface is the web dashboard and Telegram
- US availability — not yet supported due to regulatory requirements
If any of these matter to you, let us know — it helps us prioritise.
Timeline
We do not have a fixed public launch date. We will open Asguard more widely once we are confident the experience is right. Beta feedback is the main thing that determines when that happens.
